      This is an organization formed to create competitive individuals that will become future managers of different organizations.

VISION

     
    The organization must become the bridge for achieving a common goal which is creating and improving individual behaviors through various techniques and methods.

MISSION

    
      The organization shall bring out the best assets of each individual by using methods and strategies that will enable them to develop their skills in managing different kinds of situations.

OBJECTIVES

• To bring out the best assets of each individual
• To improve individual behavior on organization
• To expose individual in different methodologies and techniques which will help him improve his skills as a manager.

ORGANIZATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

  
   The organization is composed of the students of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration Major in Computer Education 3-A. On our session last December 4, 2010 we conducted an activity called "Project Paranoia" wherein we visualize the classroom as an office and each student as member of an organization. Its main purpose is to discover the different behaviors of an individual in an organization for us to be able to assess ourselves and other members of the same organization. The organization is divided in two circles. The inner circles are expected to solve the puzzle given to them in a given time doing different strategies they had in mind. And the the outer circle on the other hand are given a chance to evaluate their chosen partners and vice versa. 

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

   The organization is headed by our professor who will act as the president of the organization who is responsible for implementing, formulating and deciding policies regarding on the activities that will be conducted and everybody is required to give their full cooperation in making the activities possible.
